Reducing Mental Stress: Health Psychologist Dr. Adriana Hayward, Psy.D., discussed the challenges of dealing with shelter-in-place restrictions, as well as economic and COVID-19 news, and offer practical tips to reduce stress and anxiety for the whole family.
