Hayward Score, LLC ® (“Hayward Score®”) is and shall remain, without dispute, the sole and exclusive owner of all content and intellectual property relating to its name, likeness, work product regardless of whether it is enhanced through this or another association (which the parties agree shall not cause a transmutation of exclusive ownership by Hayward Score®), website, content, copyrights, trademarks, the score produced by its functionality, algorithm, reports and any and all other common law and registered intellectual property and any portion thereof  without the (the “Hayward IP”), and any subsequent use of any Hayward IP without the prior written consent of Hayward Score is strictly prohibited. The permissive use of Hayward IP is a revocable license in the sole and absolute discretion of Hayward Score. All rights are hereby expressly reserved.

For personal information we hold, we will provide you with access to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Hayward Score is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Privacy Questions
